Sunti Golden Sugar Estates (SGSE) is adjudged Nigeria’s most productive backward integration effort and has gained national prominence as the shining light of the National Sugar Master Plan (NSMP) towards the attainment of locally produced and refined sugar.

The estate is a 16500 hectre cadastral area which comprises of a mill and farm located on the banks of the Niger in Mokwa, Niger State.

The mill has a current capacity of 600,000 tons of cane per season expandable to 1Million tons of which roughly translates into 100,000 tons of sugar yearly. The specification of the sugar from the mill meets the requirements of raw sugar quality acceptable to Golden Sugar Company which is our sister company producing refined Sugar and other industrial users who are in need for Very High Polarity (VHP) sugar.
